POLICY

We do size exchanges. No cash returns. No COD. Simple rules, no fine print.

EXCHANGES ONLY

No cash refunds under any circumstances.

NO COD

We only accept prepaid orders (card, UPI, net banking).

7 DAYS

Exchange window starts from the date of delivery.

WHAT WE EXCHANGE

Size Exchanges — Wrong Fit, Right Drop

We exchange for a different size of the same product. If you ordered a Medium and it runs large, we'll swap it for a Small — provided the item is available in the requested size.

We do not exchange for a different design, colour, or product — unless the item you received is genuinely defective or incorrect (wrong item sent).

CONDITIONS

The Item Must Be

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With original tags still attached
  • In original packaging
  • Free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume, or damage
  • Initiated within 7 days of the delivery date shown in your order

Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender at their expense. We reserve the right to reject exchanges that show signs of use.

HOW TO INITIATE

3 Steps

WhatsApp Us

Message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID, the size you received, and the size you want. Include a photo of the item with tags visible.

Ship It Back

Once we confirm eligibility, ship the item back to us. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer. Use a trackable courier and share the tracking number with us.

We Ship the Exchange

Once we receive and inspect the item, we dispatch the correct size within 3–5 business days. Delivery shipping is free on our end.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM

Our Mistake = We Fix It

If you received the wrong item or a genuinely defective product (printing error, torn seam, etc.) — message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement at zero cost to you, including the return pickup.

NO RETURNS

Why We Don't Do Cash Refunds

We're a limited-drop brand. Every piece is made specifically for your order. Cash refunds would make the model unviable and prices would have to go up for everyone. We believe in the product — if the size isn't right, we'll fix it. But the drop stays with you.
